PLATEAU State Governor Simon Lalong has described the late Dakaci of Kadunu, Mallam Muhammed Bayero as a unifying factor who stood for the unity of his people.
Lalong stated this when he paid a condolence visit to the family of the deceased and the people of Kaduna in Mangu Local Government Area of the State over the demise of the traditional ruler.
Governor Lalong who was represented by his Deputy, Professor Sonni Tyoden while condoling with the family, said no one has power over death hence people should always accept it as an act of God.
He advised them to make their ways right with their creator since no one knows when death will come visiting.
The Sum Pyem, Charles Mato Dakat and the Sum Langai, Yunusa Yaktar who responded on behalf of the family and Gindiir Traditional Council, and the death of the Village head was a painful one more so that he was killed by armed men and urged security council agents to fish out the perpetrators of the dastardly act face justice.
The government delegation was also at the family of late Emmanuel Bulus Ado, a Chieftain of the APC in Gindiri to condole them over his death.
Lalong recalled the deceased worked towards the victory of APC in the last election and prayed God to comfort the family over the loss.
Brother of the deceased Isa Ibrahim said their brother died in his sleep and the family has accepted his demise in good faith.
The late Emmanuel Bulus died at the age of 50.
