Thanks giving opens the door for more blessings and ushers Christians into the supernatural realm of miracles.

Reverend Father Stephen Chukwu stated this in a homily at the 2019 Thanks giving and Bazaar of St. Monica Catholic Church, Rantya in Jos Sunday.

Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong was among those who witnessed the event.

Reverend Father Stephen Chukwu who spoke on “Cultivating an attitude of gratitude” said there is nothing a Christian can offer for the advancement of the Gospel’ which will surpass God’s gift of Jesus Christ to the church.”

Father Chukwu’ maintained that thanks giving creates an atmosphere for the supernatural’ as clearly established in several passages of the scripture.”

In a brief remark, Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong who is a member of the Church’ said he is happy because the Thanks giving and Bazaar was a huge success.”

Besides the one hundred and four cows donated by members in several groups of the Church,’ worshippers also brought assorted agricultural products’ among other generous gifts.”

The event rounded up with activities on the bazaar ground’ such breaking of the kola by Chairman on the occasion’ and Secretary to the Government of the State Professor Danladi Atu’ and opening of dishes by Governor Lalong and his wife Regina’ accompanied by other dignitaries.
