Wife of the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Mrs. Rashida Bello has pleaded with  the electorates in the state to vote for the candidate of the ruling APC, Alhaji Yahaya Bello in order to consolidate on the laudable achievements he recorded during his first tenure.

She stated this during the flag-off of APC women and youth campaign rally in Koton Karfe, Kogi Local Government Area of the state,

According to her, the new direction administration of Governor Yahaya Bello has embarked on massive infrastructural renewal, improved security and diversified the state economy in the last four years, saying that the government was still very much committed to the state project geared towards lifting the state for sustainable development.

Mrs Rashida Bello who advised the youths to shun any form of violence during and after the election said that the APC-led government has executed laudable projects in the state that would make the electorates to vote massively for the party in the forthcoming election.

Her Excellency enjoined the good people of the state especially women and youths to come out in their numbers to vote for the return of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for the second term in office  for continuity and rapid economic development.

She thank the women and youth for all their party support during the last few years as they have made working and reaching the grassroots very easy for her.

On arrival, she paid a homage on His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Abdulazak Isa Koto, the Ohimege of Koton Karfe for royal blessing.

The rally was attended by the wife of the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Mrs. Mary Ann Philip-Shaibu, the Wife of the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Mrs. Ejura Mercy Onoja, Wife of the Deputy Speaker House of Representives, Hajiya Fatima Idris Wase, APC North Central Zonal women leader, Hajiya Hassanna Abdullahi Ngala, APC North East Zonal Women Leader, Hajiya Amina Manga, Secretary to Kogi Government, Dr. Mrs. Ayoade Folashade Arike, Commissioners, APC Stakeholders and other government functionaries.
