The Plateau State Governor, Rt. Hon. Simon Bako Lalong said his administration would continue to work with religious organizations that were determined to strengthen the faith and spiritual well-being of their follower-ship.

Lalong stated this while receiving on a courtesy visit a team of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN led by the Vice Chairman of the body, Rev. Stanley Furbe at the Government House, Rayfield, Jos last Thursday.

The Governor who was represented by his Deputy, Prof. Sonni Gwanle Tyoden assured the committee which is saddled with the mandate of organizing a Unity Service and prayer that he would fully participate.

Earlier, leader of the team, Rev. Stanley Furbe disclosed that they were in the Government House to intimate him on the Unity Service and prayer coming up this month and solicited the cooperation and partnership of the government towards the success of the programme.
